Shipping

Items are shipped using standard First Class Royal Mail postage. Once dispatched delivery should take 1 to 3 working days to arrive. You will be notified via email when items have been dispatched and their Tracking Numbers. All UK orders are sent via recorded delivery or by courier. Orders outside the uk are sent by Airmail. Delivery is usually within 3-5 days to Europe, and within 1 week for the rest of the world, following the day of posting. Cost of delivery is shown at checkout.

Out of stock items are ordered every Thursday with delivery the following Monday/Tuesday (Customs permitting). Krisline are closed for the first 3 weeks in July, so any out of stock items are unobtainable until the end of July, we appologise for any inconvenience.

Items shown are all inclusive of vat.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you.

Some of the more exclusive items on the site are made to order or can even be made to measure.

Delays may be possible around holiday periods

Packaging

All items are sent in plain packaging with just your name and address on the outside and a non-descript return address.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns of items that are damaged or in the unlikely event that the item does not match the description on the web site. All damaged items will be returned to the manufacturer and as soon as possible a replacement will be sent to you. All other items must be returned in the state that they were received by you with their labels and hygiene covers still attached. Once we have received and checked the items being returned we will issue the refund. Unfortunately, due to hygeine reasons we DO NOT accept returns on earrings, briefs, teddies, stockings, tights, or body-stockings where the packaging has been opened. There might be a surcharge for returns of made to order items.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. You MUST contact us for a returns number for any items you are planning to return, make sure you package them well and send them recorded delivery to the address on the Return label. Please make sure that we can easily identify you so that we can quickly supply your refund. The easiest way to do this is to write your returns or invoice number several times on the package and place the delivery note that came with the goods inside.
